About this app
Hekana Flow makes your store run itself: you pick "when this happens" and "do that", and it carries it out. Send a WhatsApp when an order ships, or wait two hours after a cart is abandoned and send a coupon. You build it by dragging on a canvas, without writing a line of code, and every run is recorded step by step so you can go back and see exactly what happened.
Plan and billing
The app cannot be switched on yet, so no plan is offered for it. What is written below describes how it will be billed once it ships.
Technical support
The Hekana team that built the app is the team that answers you — in Arabic, on the same channel you use for the rest of your store.
