The app is free, and every plan includes monthly emails at no cost: 500 on Free, 1,000 on Growth, 6,000 on Business, 25,000 on Advanced. Past that, 100 EGP buys 1,000 emails from your shared store wallet. A WhatsApp abandoned-cart reminder is a marketing message: 5 EGP each from the same wallet, not taken from the messages in your plan. No install fee and no monthly subscription.

Setup
- Open the dashboard, go to Apps, and choose Hekana Messaging.
- Check your monthly allowance, and connect a sending domain if you want emails to come from your store's own address.
- Send your first campaign to a customer segment, or switch on abandoned-cart reminders.
- If you need more than your monthly allowance, buy 1,000 emails or switch on auto top-up.
