A WhatsApp or email to the customer, a targeted coupon, an inventory adjustment, a note on the order, an internal alert for your team, or a webhook to any other system you run.

Works with the tools you already run
If you already run n8n, Zapier or Make, connect them both ways: they can call a flow to start it, or a flow can call them with the data and let them carry on.

A run log with every step
Every run is recorded: which steps succeeded, which stopped, and why. Retrying a failed run does not repeat the steps that already went through — so no message is sent twice and no charge is taken twice.

An optional AI step
You can add a step that writes text with AI — a reply to a review, or a message tailored to the customer. It is the only step that draws on the store wallet; every other step is free.

Setup
- Open the dashboard, go to Apps, and add Hekana Flow to your store.
- Start from a ready template — abandoned cart, shipping notice, or asking the customer what they thought — rather than an empty canvas.
- Edit the message text and the timings, then run it manually against a real order before publishing.
- Publish the flow. From then on it runs by itself, and you can follow every run in the run log.
